Business Traveller Plus Program Terms & Conditions
Important: Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Business Traveller Plus is a Program offered by TFE Hotels. TFE Hotels are owned and operated by Toga Hotel Management Holdings Pty Lim ited ACN 162 986 352, an Australian registered company with headquarters at Level 5, 45 Jones St, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia. The Company owns and conducts business under the registered business name “TFE Hotels.”
The Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of TFE Hotels. TFE Hotels may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Program, at any time.
About these terms
These Terms and Conditions are for the Business Traveller Plus Program. Your participation in the Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. It is an Enrolled Employee’s responsibility to read and understand them. We ask that you read them carefully.
The general TFE Hotels Terms and Conditions can be found here. These TFE Hotels Terms and Conditions (including the Hotel Conditions of Sale) apply to the use of the Business Traveller Plus Portal and any reservation made through the Business Traveller Plus Program. By making a reservation through the Business Traveller Plus Portal, you agree to be bound by these TFE Hotels Terms and Conditions including the Hotel Conditions of Sale, where relevant.
When these terms apply to you
These Terms and Conditions apply to you if you have enrolled in the Business Traveller Plus Program.
Changes in The Program Terms & Conditions and Program Rights:
TFE Hotels reserves the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update the Terms and Conditions for the Program, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time, including where required to do so by law. In the event of any such changes, appropriate consideration will be given to your interests. Where the change is significant, we will provide you with prior notice. You will have the opportunity to object within fourteen (14) days. Insofar as your enrolment continues without objection after the enactment of changes, this signifies your consent to the new Terms & Conditions. If you object to the change within the allotted time period, you will be disenrolled by the Program Operator in accordance with item 5.1.3.
The “last updated” date set forth at the end of these Terms and Conditions indicates when changes have been made, and it is your responsibility to review changes to the Terms and Conditions regularly. By remaining in the Program after the date on which changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to those changes and affirming your agreement to comply with all the Terms and Conditions, as updated. The current Business Traveller Plus Terms and Conditions supersede all prior published Business Traveller Plus Program Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
"We", "our", "us" and "TFE Hotels" means the Company and where the context requires or permits includes its related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)).
"You" and "your" means Enrolled Companies or Enrolled Employees.
“Company” means Toga Hotel Management Holdings Pty Limited ACN 162 986 352.
“Corporate Rate” means a special hotel nightly room rate that is only available to Enrolled Employees when they book directly through the Business Traveller Plus Platform.
“Enrolled Company” means a company that has been approved by the Program Operator to be enrolled in the Program.
“Enrolled Employees” means an employee of an Enrolled Company who has been approved by the Program Operator to be enrolled in the Program.
“Program Participating Hotel” means a hotel that participates in the Program which operates under any of the following brands: A by Adina, Adina Hotels in Australia/New-Zealand and Europe, Vibe Hotels in Australia, Travelodge Hotels in Australia and New Zealand, Rendezvous Hotels in Australia, Hotel Kurrajong Canberra, Savoy on Little Collins Melbourne and Quincy Hotel Melbourne.
“Program” means the Business Traveller Plus Program.
“Hotel Room Night” and “Hotel Stay”: A Hotel Room Night means each individual night of a stay at any Program Participating Hotel. A ‘Hotel Stay’ means all consecutive nights that a member stays at a Program Participating Hotel even if they have checked out and checked back in for consecutive nights. For example: (i) if a guest stays for five consecutive nights this will be recorded as one ‘Hotel Stay’ and five ‘Hotel Room Nights’; (ii) if a guest stays for one night only, this will be counted as both one ‘Hotel Stay’ – and one ‘Hotel Room Night’; and (iii) if a guest stays for one night, then checks out, then checks back in to stay for the subsequent night and then checks out this will be recorded as one ‘Hotel Stay’ – and two ‘Hotel Room Nights’.
“Program Operator” means Toga Hotel Management Holdings Pty Limited ACN 162 986 352.
“Program Partner” means any Program Participating Hotel or other entity specified by the Program Operator which has agreed to participate as a Program Partner to offer Corporate Rates to Enrolled Companies and Enrolled Employees from time to time.
“Terms and Conditions” mean these terms and conditions which apply to Enrolled Companies and Enrolled Employees.
2. Program Partners
The Program Partners (including the list of the Program Participating Hotels) may vary from time to time. Members should check the below section for the current listing of Program Partners.
TFE Hotels hotel brands currently participating in the Program include the following:
Hotel brands that are part of the TFE Collection participating in the Program may be added or removed at TFE Hotels discretion.
3. Enrollment
3.1 Company enrollment
Company enrolment will be determined by the Program Operator (at its sole discretion). Consideration may be given to the current or estimated number of room reservations made by the company per year.
3.2 Employee enrollment
All employees of Enrolled Companies (excluding any employees aged under 18 years of age) are eligible to register to become an Enrolled Employee. Enrolled Employee will be provided a unique Business Traveller Plus account number, which will allow them access to the Business Traveller Plus Portal.
The individual must, at the time of registration and for the period of their enrolment, provide and maintain a business email address (with a company domain) that is valid and unique to that individual. Enrollment of an employee in the Program is contingent upon that employee’s continued employment by the Enrolled Company.
3.3 Cost
The Business Traveller Plus Program is free to join.
3.4 Marketing & Communications
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, individuals agree to receive exclusive offers and program information via email, SMS or WhatsApp communication. Enrolled Employees may elect not to receive promotional communication by using the unsubscribe functionality within the communication received, or by contacting the Business Traveller Plus team at [email protected].
3.5 Eligibility
By participating in the Program and taking advantage of its benefits, you agree to the following:

Companies and their employees may enroll in the Program by completing the required information on the Program website, or through TFE Hotels branded websites, or other channels authorised by TFE Hotels. By enrolling in the Program and using your registered account, you will have access to Corporate Rates, as described item 4 below.
During the Business Traveller Plus enrolment process, an employee will be asked to provide:;

3.7 Activation of enrolment
Following the successful completion of the enrolment as outlined in 3.6, the employee will be contacted by a member of the Business Traveller Plus team with a registration code and a link to the booking Platform.
3.8 Member Contact Information:
Enrolled Employees are responsible for keeping their profile information current, including relevant information such as email address. Each Enrolled Employee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and agrees to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using their password. When contacting the Business Traveller Plus team about your account, you may be asked for additional information for fraud prevention and security purposes.
TFE Hotels has the right to terminate an account and/or revoke any Program benefits if an account is suspected of being related to fraudulent or abusive activity.
3.9 Data Protection:
3.9.1 Use of Information
You consent and authorise TFE Hotels and the relevant Program Participating Hotels to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purpose of administering your enrolment and providing you with services associated with your account.
Moreover, you will be asked for an additional consent to receive newsletters so that we can keep you up to date with promotions, updates and benefits. For this purpose, we will process the personal data that you have provided to us during the registration process.
Your consent to these Terms and Conditions, including your consent to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purpose of administering your enrolment and providing you with services associated with your enrolment, is separate to the consent for the TFE hotels general T&Cs.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in the marketing email or by sending an email to [email protected]. For further information, please check our Privacy Policy.
If you withdraw your consent, we may terminate your enrolment to Business Traveller Plus.

3.10 Term of Enrollment
The term of enrolment commences from the date of enrolment to the Program until either:

4. Corporate Rates
4.1 General
Enrolled Employees have access to Corporate Rates when making reservations through the Business Traveller Plus Portal. Corporate Rates may change from time to time and may vary by hotel, country, and geographical region. Corporate Rates are only available to Enrolled Employees who book hotel reservations through the Business Traveller Plus Portal.
The Program Operator does not guarantee or warrant that Corporate Rates will be available at all times.
4.2 Maximum number of rooms
The maximum number of rooms which an Enrolled Company or an Enrolled Employee may reserve at a Program Participating Hotel will depend on the size of the hotel. For each booking made through the Program, the maximum number of rooms that can be reserved over the same period are (subject to availability):
Bookings for additional rooms at the Corporate Rate may be permitted at our discretion.
4.3 Offers
Other deals, special offers and early access to sales events may be offered from time to time at the discretion of the operator and will be made available for booking via the Business Traveller Plus platform
5. Termination and Liability
5.1 Termination
5.1.1 TFE Hotels’ right to terminate the enrollment.
If in the Program Operator’s reasonable opinion, an Enrolled Company or Enrolled Employee is using their account in an abusive or fraudulent way, has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, has committed any unlawful act, or causes willful damage to the Program Operator’s property (Violations), the Program Operator may at its election:
Examples of a Violation include, but are not limited to the following:
If an account is duplicated or unauthorised activity is discovered, TFE Hotels may suspend the enrolment until the account is secured by contacting the Business Traveller Plus team at [email protected]. You may be required to create a new account or update your personal information for additional security. If an Enrolled Employee is inactive for a period of five years, TFE Hotels reserves the right to permanently cancel the enrolment.
TFE Hotels’ cancellation of an enrolment is effective immediately, and in cases of inactivity or fraudulent activity, TFE Hotels may close, suspend, or cancel the account without providing notice to the relevant company or employee. TFE Hotels will not be responsible for failure to notify any company or individual of cancellation of an account if the account did not contain valid contact information. In the event TFE Hotels cancels an account as permitted under these Terms and Conditions, TFE Hotels has no obligation to permit the individual whose enrolment was cancelled, to re-enroll in the Program
5.1.2 Termination on death
Upon notification of the death of an Enrolled Employee, the enrolment will automatically terminate.
5.1.3 Termination by the Program Operator
The Program Operator is entitled to terminate enrolment in the following circumstances:
(a) the Program is no longer commercially viable;
(b) there is a strategic change in direction for TFE Hotels; or
(c) if required due to factors outside of TFE Hotel’s control.
The Program Operator shall also have the right to terminate an account without cause upon two (2) weeks' notice.
5.1.4 Termination of employee accounts upon termination of company account
If a company’s enrolment in the Program is terminated, the accounts of all Enrolled Employees employed by that company will be automatically terminated.
5.1.5 Consequences of termination
All benefits and offers will be forfeited on termination of an Enrolled Company’s account, termination of an Enrolled Employee’s account or termination of the Program. The Program Operator (and its related bodies corporate and Program Partners) will have no further liability to any Enrolled Company or Enrolled Employee on termination of an account or on termination of the Program.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting the application of the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees):

7.1 Governing law
These terms and conditions of the Program are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia,. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If Enrolled Employees are consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their home country shall apply irrespective of the choice of law.
If Enrolled Employees are consumers residing in a country within the European Economic Area, they may, at their option, bring claims either before the competent court of their place of residence or before the competent court of the Program Operator's registered office.
Restricted by Law:
This Program or participation in it is not valid, and/or the granting of rewards or benefits is void, where prohibited or restricted by law in company’s or the individual’s home country (domicile) or locality.
7.2 Tax liability
Taxing authorities may determine that Business Traveller Plus, benefits or rewards received through participation in the Program may be subject to tax liability, including, without limitation, foreign, federal, state and local taxes, surcharges, security charges and departure taxes. In that case, any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt and/or use of rewards is the responsibility of the Enrolled Company and Enrolled Employee.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter or email). For this, you can use our cancellation form to exercise your right of cancellation. However, this is not compulsory. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
