How the Guarantee Works?

1. Book direct online at any TFE Hotels owned website listed below.
2. Within 24 hours of your purchase, if you find another website that has a lower rate available for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same stay dates and payment terms, call the hotel direct to register your claim. The hotel phone number is available on the booking confirmation email that you would have received when you booked direct online with us.
3. Once we have verified the availability of the lower online rate (full Terms & Conditions below), we'll offer you 10% off that lower rate per night.

Terms & Conditions:

• The guarantee applies only to rates for TFE Hotels purchased online at TFE Hotels websites excluding hotels in Asia.
• Claims under this guarantee must be made within 24 hours of the accommodation being purchased. Claims must be made by calling the hotel direct.
• The accommodation purchased by you must be the lowest available rate for your chosen hotel and room type. If there is a lower rate available for the same hotel and room type on TFE Hotels' owned website and you do not purchase it, then you do not qualify for the guarantee.
• "Lower Online Rate" is defined as being a published retail rate available via a website operated by another TFE Hotels online retailer for the exact same hotel, room type, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, cancellation policy and payment terms that is cheaper than the published retail rate purchased on tfehotels.com. Corporate, package promotion, wholesaler, group travel, online auction, or member-only sites/rates, government and other discount rates are not eligible.
• TFE Hotels must be able to verify the availability for purchase of the Lower Online Rate online at the time of claim. Other methods of verification (e.g. fax, email) are not acceptable. If TFE Hotels cannot reasonably verify (in its sole discretion) the availability of the Lower Online Rate at the time the claim is made by phone then it may decline the claim.
• Once a genuine rate difference has been established, we will modify the room rate you are to be charged.
• The refund is the sole and exclusive benefit that will be provided under this guarantee.
• TFE Hotels reserves the right to terminate this guarantee at any time without notice.
• This guarantee is not valid with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
