Introducing The Eve Hotel Sydney
SYDNEY: TFE Hotels will open a new boutique hotel - complete with rooftop pool boasting inner-city suburban views - in Sydney’s newest dining and lifestyle precinct, connecting Surry Hills and Redfern. The Eve Hotel Sydney will open in September 2024.
This will be a curated precinct of sophisticated retail, The Eve Hotel Sydney, stylish residences, a progressive workspace and contemporary event spaces. Important to the vision is the legacy we create and leave for the communities in which we develop, and we see that Surry Hills Village will be a place that people can live, work, stay and visit for many years to come.
The mixed-use development, which will span 1.2ha, will be supported by a new 517 sqm public park and up to 12,000 sqm of retail and commercial space. TOGA will also build a public pedestrian thoroughfare linking Marriott Street and Baptist Street.
