A second Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Messe will soon be built in the country’s business and financial hub. The 180 room hotel will be located in Europaviertel, close to popular shopping mall Skyline Plaza and the new congress center Kap Europa. Adina Apartment Hotels, part of the Toga Hotels family of brands, have signed a 15 year fixed-lease agreement and the hotel will open in autumn 2016.
Hosting 180 studios and apartments on a surface area of some 11,500 square metres, the rooms will be designed to suit guests’ needs with a range of efficient features such as fully equipped kitchens, laundries and comfortable living spaces. The hotel will boast skyline views of Frankfurt, with all the regular features including 24-hour reception, restaurant and bar, room service, conference rooms and a fitness room.

This location between the new congress center and the Skyline Plaza, with one of the largest indoor spas in Germany will be ideal for future guests.”
