No lie, you’ll be able to see all the way up the coastline from Byron Bay to the Gold Coast from this magical spot. “Best of all”, there’s no need to hike to this amazing lookout, it’s right off the M1 meaning you can park your car and walk a very short distance to admire the view.

This one’s in the Gold Coast, so no need to drive far. Visit Lores Bonney Lookout on a clear day and you’ll be able to see all the way from Burleigh to the skyscrapers of Surfers. This a fantastic spot to take the kids, with a playground at the bottom of the hill and a path without steps, meaning you can take the pram all the way to the top.
