Withdrawal Form

You have the right to cancel the eClub Membership Program within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Membership was concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter or email). You may, but are not obliged to, use the following cancellation form.

I hereby cancel my contract for membership of the Toga Hotel Management Holdings Pty Limited eClub Membership Program.
