A MESSAGE FOR OUR GUESTS

We are currently investigating a cyber incident impacting our networks. As soon as we became aware of this incident, our IT security team took precautionary measures. We then partnered with cyber experts to investigate what has occurred, and to work towards safely restoring operations.

Our hotel teams are still able to serve guests, and we have restored systems in many of our hotels. As an interim measure, some hotel teams are manually assisting guests, and our phone lines have been diverted to a central customer service team. We are working to restore access to all our back-end systems.

As a result, some of our systems and interactions may be slower as we restore operations. We thank our valued guests, team, clients and partners for their patience.

We’re doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide further updates as our investigation progresses. We are committed to timely and transparent communications as we work through this process.

Wir untersuchen derzeit einen Cyber-Vorfall, der unsere Netzwerke betrifft. Als wir von diesem Vorfall erfahren haben, hat unser IT-Sicherheitsteam sofort vorsorgliche Maßnahmen ergriffen. Folgend haben wir mit Cyber-Experten zusammengearbeitet, um den Vorfall zu untersuchen und die sichere Wiederherstellung des Betriebs zu gewährleisten.

Unsere Hotelteams sind weiterhin in der Lage, Gäste zu betreuen, und wir haben die Systeme in vielen unserer Hotels bereits wiederhergestellt. Übergangsweise unterstützen einige Hotelteams die Gäste manuell, und unsere Telefonleitungen wurden zu einem zentralen Kundenserviceteam umgeleitet. Wir arbeiten daran, den Zugriff auf alle unsere Backend-Systeme wiederherzustellen.

Daher kann es sein, dass einige unserer Systeme und Abläufe vorübergehend langsamer sind, während wir den Betrieb wiederherstellen. Wir danken unseren geschätzten Gästen, Teams, Kunden und Partnern für ihre Geduld.

Wir setzen alles daran, dieses Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen, und werden weitere Updates bereitstellen. Wir sind bestrebt, in diesem Prozess zeitnah und transparent zu kommunizieren.
