THE EVE HOTEL SYDNEY

Redfern/Surry Hills

SYDNEY: Set amongst a labyrinth of lively laneways connecting Surry Hills and Redfern, The EVE Hotel Sydney has a foothold in Sydney’s past and present when it comes to guest experience.

Operated by TFE Hotels and developed and owned by TOGA Group – both headquartered in Sydney – and designed by Surry Hills based architects SJB (with styling collaboration from Bates Smart), the Harbour City’s newest 102-room boutique hotel is nestled in Sydney's newest lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane.

Set on the site of Sydney’s original Wunderlich Ltd factory, the carefully curated precinct’s inner-city laneways will feature boutique shopping, al-fresco dining and design-led commercial and event spaces.

“We have a prominent address at the crossroads of Surry Hills and Redfern and a location full of rich history,” said TOGA Group Managing Director and TFE Hotels Chairman,’ Allan Vidor. “And our team are looking forward to sharing our version of Sydney hospitality.”

By design, The EVE’s pre-opening team is aiming to create spaces where guests and visitors can immerse themselves in the art, cultural, and culinary offerings from the local community… with the hotel at the centre of the creative  experience. Adina Town Hall Reopening

Sydney

SYDNEY: The Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall, located just metres away from Sydney's iconic Town Hall Clock Tower, is currently undergoing a complete reinvention and full-scale refurbishment and will reopen in February 2025.  This major scale project represents a huge repositioning of the hotel, and ultimately supports our contemporary vision for the Adina brand.

Adina Town Hall - which opened in 1998 enjoys an enviable location sought out by both business travellers and leisure guests wanting to explore the city - is the latest in the TFE Hotels portfolio to undergo an extensive update as part this rolling refurbishment program with the Adina in Darling Harbour also in our sights.

Award-winning sustainable design firm, Bates Smart, have been tasked with reimagining Adina Town Hall’s interiors as part of the highly coordinated update. The brief – “leave no area untouched” – has been honoured with all 20 guest and public floors of the hotel in scope, from guest rooms and bathroom through to the lobby and corridors, four versatile conference spaces, pool, and gym.

Bates Smart’s overall design concept is to create a “home away from home” experience for Adina guests, underpinned by a new level of casual elegance to reinvigorate the hotel.
